FLOW-WRAPPING MACHINES

CASE PACKERS
Whether for shelf-ready, wrap-around or RSC cartons, our case packers can handle all of these transport packages. The robot-assisted erecting, loading and closing is carried out in an exceptionally space-saving manner thanks to pre-grouping that is adapted to each specific case. If required, you can also use returnable packaging in the packaging machines, for example for e-commerce
BEVERAGE MACHINES
The Innopack TLM combines a bottle packer from KHS with the erecting and closing machines from Schubert. This way, the packaging process for your beverages is fully integrated into a single compact line. At the same time, you can use the packaging machine in a highly flexible manner, because the system enables you to pack a wide variety of bottles into an extensive variety of formats
FILLING MACHINES

THERMOFORMING MACHINES
Like the filling machine, the Schubert thermoforming machine can also be integrated into other packaging processes. Here, the packaging machine not only performs the thermoforming, but then loads the packaging with the products and closes it afterwards. PACKAGING LINES
The integration of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging in a single packaging machine makes processes more efficient. In Schubert’s multipackers, two or more packaging steps are seamlessly linked together using the Schubert Transmodul transport robot.
