This range of machines is ideally suited to process cereal-based / granola products. A variety of different binding agents can be used to shape the cereal mix in a direct, gentle and efficient manner. The direct moulding principle reduces cutting or waste to a minimum. An additional benefit: Our technology supports an extensive variety of product shapes – with fast changeover times and very short production stops. Production can switch from ball to bar products within a few minutes. Moreover, the intuitive operating surface offers you and your employees a simple-to-handle and reliable technology

State of the art flat bottom moulding machines. Various types of pliable mixes can be used to form products into unlimited shapes with a flat bottom. With 70 years experience, our proven designed machines offer the best performance, durability and ease of operation. The changeover of the moulding roller is a simple one man job with no special tools required. Various options are available to satisfy customer needs
Proven a hundred times over. Around the world, products with a flat base are given their – in many cases famous – shape on these machines. Advantages: no cut edges and very low production waste compared with other processes, at around 1 percent.

FFW-SERIES
On our FFW machines, the molding moment occurs once the mixture transitions from liquid to solid. Take fruit gum- mies, for instance: The mixtures are filled into rotating molds at temperatures of less than 85 degrees Celsius/ 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Immediately chilled they reach a solid state within seconds. Ingredients may be 100% fruit or glucose-based. Our FFW technology is also suitable for chemical products
Mixtures with a flow like thick honey: As molding experts,
we categorize their viscosity as rather low and their flow characteristics as high. And we have developed a technology to turn these mixtures into precisely shaped products within seconds. Such as fruit gummies
